Her doctoral research explores how sensory processing shapes mental health, regulation and everyday functioning, giving organisations an evidence base they can trust. With experience across the UK and the USA, she blends clinical assessment, sensory integration and environmental design, translating complex sensory science into clear workplace actions. Elana leads sensory profiling, environmental audits and research-informed training that helps people feel regulated, valued and connected at work, whether in the office, on site or at home. Shaen Milward Co-Founder MRCOT, MA, FHEA
Shaen Milward is an Occupational Therapist and a psychotherapist in advanced training, with a Master’s degree in Education. He is a highly experienced coach and supervisor with a deep commitment to wellbeing, performance and inclusion at work. Shaen has completed Organisational Transactional Analysis training (organisational development) with the Connexus Institute and has held senior leadership roles across the NHS and the third sector, including involvement in large-scale NHS service redesign linked to multi-million-pound investment. He brings a sharp awareness of initiatives that genuinely unite individual wellbeing with business performance, not as a trade-off, but as mutual outcomes.
